NOTICE OF KALANIANAOLE HIGHWAY RESURFACING, VICINITY OF MAKAI PIER TO HANAUMA BAY ROAD The Hawaii State Department of Transportation (HDOT) is proposing to resurface Kalanianaole Highway from Makai Pier to Hanauma Bay Road (approximately M.P. 6.9 to M.P. 12.49).
