The State of Hawai’i Department of Land and Natural Resources, pursuant to Section 171-95.3, Hawai’i Revised Statutes, will hold a public hearing to receive testimony on Kaheawa Wind Power LLC’s application to direct lease State lands on the island of Maui.
The appointed Hearing Officer will be Andrew R. Tellio, Appraisal and Real Estate Specialist, Land Division.
