YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Hawaiian Homes Commission Hearings Officer at the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, 91-5420 Kapolei Parkway, Hale Pono’i, Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day. If you fail to appear, judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint and your lease may be recommended for cancellation and reaward.
