YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that THE HAWAIIAN HOMES COMMISSION has scheduled a Contested Case Hearing Prehearing Conference pursuant to Chapter 91, HRS, and §209 of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act, regarding your successorship interest to Residential Lease No. 8422, Lot No. 131, situate at Princess Kahanu Estates, Oahu, Hawaii.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Hawaiian Homes Commission Hearing Officer at the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, Hale Pono’i,
91-5420 Kapolei Parkway, Kapolei, Oahu, Hawai’i, on Thursday, September 18 at 10:00 a.m., of said day. Be prepared to address: (1) the scope of issues for hearing; (2) proposed hearing date; and (3) proposed pre-hearing filing deadlines (including witness and exhibit lists, and any motions). If you fail to appear, judgment by default may be taken based on the existing record, which could adversely affect any interest you may claim.
You may retain counsel to represent you or appear on your behalf or obtain representation pursuant to
