Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested person(s) regarding the following. Ms. Zhijun Zhou, Branch Head, Department of Environmental Services has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from Hawaii Administrative Rules, Chapter 11-62, “Wastewater Systems.”
The variance request is for continued use of the Wahiawa Wastewater Treatment Plant at 111 California Avenue, Wahiawa, Hawaii 96786 and TMK: (1) 7-3-007: 002.
