The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on April 16, 2025 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 25-16 [Bill 24 (2024), CD2] – To adopt the revised Primary Urban Center Development Plan for the City and County of Honolulu.
AYES: Cordero, Dos Santos-Tam, Kia’aina, Nishimoto, Okimoto, Tulba, Waters,
Weyer – 8.
ABSENT: Tupola – 1.

Ordinance 25-18 [Bill 18 (2025), CD1] – Relating to plastic.
AYES: Cordero, Dos Santos-Tam, Nishimoto, Waters, Weyer – 5.
NOES: Kia’aina, Okimoto, Tulba – 3.
ABSENT: Tupola – 1.
