YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Hawaiian Homes Commission at the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, 91-5420 Kapolei Parkway, Hale Pono`i, Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 1:00 o’clock p.m., of said day. If you fail to appear, judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint and your lease may be recommended for cancellation and reaward.
