NOTICE OF FUNDING AVAILABILITY (NOFA)

The City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Community Services, through the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, Division of Purchasing, is seeking applications from nonprofit organizations and/or public entities to construct temporary living communities (TLC) to provide extended transitional housing and supportive services for people experiencing homelessness.

Interested agencies may download the NOFA TLC FY25 packet at
https://hands.ehawaii.gov/hands under “Bidding Opportunities.”

Applications must be submitted to the Division of Purchasing at Honolulu Hale,
530 South King Street, Room 115, Honolulu, Hawai’i by the date and time as stated in the NOFA.
