WHEREAS, Princeville Library, 4343 Emmalani Drive, Princeville, HI 96722 is no longer available to serve as one of those places of deposit;

WHEREAS, Kilauea Neighborhood Center, 2460 Keneke Street, Kilauea, HI 96754 is no longer available to serve as one of those places of deposit;

WHEREAS, Waipouli Shopping Center, 4-0771 Kuhio Highway, Kapa’a, HI 96746 is no longer available to serve as one of those places of deposit;

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 11-109, Hawai’i Revised Statutes, the county clerk may designate and provide for places of deposit;

WHEREAS, Church of the Pacific, 4520 Kapaka Road, Princeville, HI 96722 is designated to serve as a place of deposit;

WHEREAS, Aloha Petroleum Menehune Food Mart, 2521 Kolo Road, Kilauea, HI 96754 is designated to serve as a place of deposit;

WHEREAS, Kapa’a Public Library, 1464 Kuhio Highway, Kapa’a, HI 96746 is designated to serve as a place of deposit;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Jade K. Fountain-Tanigawa, County Clerk, County of Kaua’i, do hereby amend the May 10, 2024, proclamation to remove Princeville Library, 4343 Emmalani Drive, Princeville, HI 96722; Kilauea Neighborhood Center, 2460 Keneke Street, Kilauea, HI 96754; and Waipouli Shopping Center, 4-0771 Kuhio Highway, Kapa’a, HI 96746 as places of deposit; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the May 10, 2024 proclamation is amended to add the Church of the Pacific, 4520 Kapaka Road, Princeville, HI 96722; Aloha Petroleum Menehune Food Mart, 2521 Kolo Road, Kilauea, HI 96754; and Kapa’a Public Library, 1464 Kuhio Highway, Kapa’a, HI 96746 as places of deposit.

All other provisions of the proclamation, issued on May 10, 2024, shall remain in full force and effect.
