NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Hawaii Administrative Rules section 16-133-30, the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (“DCCA”) held a public hearing on February 2, 2017, on the Application for Renewal of the Cable Television Franchise for the Island of Kauai (“Application”), submitted by Oceanic Time Warner Cable LLC, now known as Spectrum Oceanic, LLC (“Spectrum”). DCCA is holding another public hearing to provide the public the opportunity to submit current and up-to-date testimony on Spectrum’s application to renew its cable television franchise for the Island of Kauai.
The public hearing will be held on the following date, time, and location:

The purpose of this public hearing is to afford interested persons the opportunity to submit oral or written data, views, or arguments, on Spectrum’s application. All interested persons are encouraged to review the Application and other documents submitted at the locations listed below prior to the public hearing and to attend the public hearing.
Copies of the application will be available for review during normal business hours at the Regulated Industries Complaints Office (“RICO”), DCCA, 3060 Eiwa Street, Lihue, Hawaii 96766 and at the Cable Television Division (“CATV”), DCCA, 335 Merchant Street, Room 101, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. All interested persons shall be afforded the opportunity to submit their oral or written comments at the time of the public hearing. Whether testimony is presented orally or not, interested persons are encouraged to put their comments in writing and submit them to CATV via the following:
