The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on February 28, 2024 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 24-3 [Bill 44 (2023), CD1] – Relating to false statements.
9 AYES: Cordero, Dos Santos-Tam, Kia’aina, Okimoto, Say, Tulba, Tupola, Waters, Weyer.

Ordinance 24-4 [Bill 63 (2023), CD1] – To amend Chapter 38, Articles 3 and 8, Revised Ordinances of Honolulu 2021, relating to concessions.
9 AYES: Cordero, Dos Santos-Tam, Kia’aina, Okimoto, Say, Tulba, Tupola, Waters, Weyer.
