NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City and County of Honolulu intends to lease
City-owned property for nominal rents to the following lessees for the following purposes:
1. Family Promise of Hawai’i to provide housing for households earning eighty percent (80%) or less of the area median income. The building is located at 360 California Avenue, Wahiawa, Hawa’i 96786, TMK: 1-7-3-004: 020. The lease rent will be $100 per month for a four-and-a-half (4.5) year term.
2. State of Hawai’i Department of Human Services, Homeless Programs Office to provide housing for households earning sixty percent (60%) or less of the area median income and eighty percent (80%) or less of the area median income. The property is located at 54-83 & 54-83A, 54-85 & 54-85A, and 54-87 & 54-87A Hau’ula Homestead Road, TMKs: 5-4-008-002: 0001 to 0006. The lease rent will be $100 per month, per TMK for a ten (10) year term.
In compliance with Section 28-3.5, Revised Ordinances of Honolulu, a public hearing for the lease of City property will be held as follows:

All interested persons are invited to attend such hearing and to state their views relative to the proposed leases, either orally or in writing. Written comments may be addressed to Anton C.
