The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on May 17, 2023 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 23-10 [Bill 2 (2023), CD1] – To amend Chapter 10, Article 4, Revised Ordinances of Honolulu 2021, relating to fees for use of municipal golf courses.
9 AYES: Cordero, Dos Santos-Tam, Kia’aina, Okimoto, Say, Tulba, Tupola, Waters, Weyer.

Ordinance 23-12 [Bill 8 (2023), CD1, FD1] – Relating to affordable housing.
