Certificate of Need

The Agency has received the following certificate of need applications for administrative review: #23-01A from Hawaii Diagnostic Radiology Services, LLC for the establishment of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) services at 94-730 Farrington Highway, Suite 100, Waipahu, HI, at a capital cost of $2,225,878.47; #23-02A from Kaiser Foundation Hospitals for the establishment of Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography (PET/CT) services at 3288 Moanalua Road, Honolulu, HI, at a capital cost of $3,718,095. Pursuant to Section 323D-44.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, any interested person may request a public meeting on an application before the Agency renders its decision. Any request for a public meeting must be submitted in writing and directed to the Administrator, at the address provided below. Any such request must be received by the Agency within seven (7) days of the publication date of this notice by 4:30 p.m. HST.
