The City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Land Management, through the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services Purchasing Division, is soliciting bids to lease the following property:

Description of real property: Operation of a television and film workshop and storage of related equipment and materials, pursuant to a Lease Agreement of a portion of Tax Map Key: (1) 2-1-060:029, 98 Koula Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. Area: approximately 5.081 acres, which includes an enclosed gravel lot and a warehouse with approximately 18,000 sq. ft. A Notice of Intent to Offer is due on April 13, 2023 at 14:00 HST.

Solicitation Title: Operation of a television and film workshop and storage of related equipment and materials, pursuant to a Lease.

Length of lease: Four (4) years and eleven (11) months.

Amount and type of government funds, if any, available for the project: None.

Description of any special requirements of unique features: Please see the Specific Lease Information identified in Section A of the Lease Agreement contained in the Request for Bids (RFB) Solicitation No. RFB-DLM-1712404.
