The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on February 22, 2023 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 23-2 [Bill 25 (2021), CD2] – Relating to anti-bias and inclusion policy.
9 AYES: Cordero, Dos Santos-Tam, Kia’aina, Okimoto, Say, Tulba, Tupola, Waters, Weyer.

Ordinance 23-4 [Bill 42 (2022), CD2] – Relating to the special management area.
