j. By amending Schedule XXXVIII of Sec. 15-24.17 establishing miscellaneous traffic controls in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:
“Paalaa Rd., east bound traffic in the southern lane must turn right at Kamehameha Hwy.”
“Wanaao Rd., southbound traffic in the left most lane must turn left at Keolu Dr.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:
N. Cane St., Koko Head bound traffic in the makai most lane must turn right at Kilani Ave; to read:
“N. Cane St., north bound traffic in the eastern most lane must turn right at Kilani Ave.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
