NOTICE

The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on June 6, 2018 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 18-19 [Bill 13 (2018)] – Relating to Planned Development-Resort and Planned Development-Apartment Projects.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 9.

Ordinance 18-20 [Bill 17 (2018)] – Authorizing the issuance and sale of General Obligation Bonds and Bond Anticipation Notes of the City and County of Honolulu in a maximum principal amount equal to the aggregate of the amounts appropriated in the Capital Budget Ordinance of said City and County for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2019, and specified in said Ordinance to be financed from the proceeds of the sale of such bonds and to be expended from the General Improvement Bond Fund, the Highway Improvement Bond Fund, Solid Waste Improvement Bond Fund, or the Housing Development Special Fund.

Ordinance 18-21 [Bill 18 (2018), CD1] – To amend the Revised Ordinances of Honolulu, 1990, as amended relating to fees for certain permits and services administered by the Department of Planning and Permitting.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 9.

The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on June 6, 2018 and were returned June 22, 2018, without signature by the Mayor; therefore, pursuant to the City Charter became duly enacted ordinances:

Ordinance 18-22 [Bill 14 (2018), CD2, FD1] – Relating to real property tax relief for properties used for low-income rental housing.

Ordinance 18-23 [Bill 15 (2018), CD2, FD1] – Relating to the Executive Operating Budget and Program for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.

Ordinance 18-24 [Bill 16 (2018), CD2, FD1] – Relating to the Executive Capital Budget and Program for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.

Ordinance 18-25 [Bill 21 (2018), CD2] – Relating to the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation Operating Budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 9.

Ordinance 18-26 [Bill 22 (2018), CD2] – Relating to the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation Capital Budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson*, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Martin, Menor*, Ozawa, Pine – 8.
NOES: Councilmember Manahan – 1.

Ordinance 18-27 [Bill 23 (2018), CD1] – Authorizing the issuance and sale of general Obligation Bonds and Bond Anticipation Notes of the City and County of Honolulu in a maximum principal amount equal to the aggregate of the amounts appropriated for the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation Capital Budget Projects in the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation Capital Budget and Program Ordinance for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2019, and specified in said Ordinance to be financed from the proceeds of the sale of such bonds and to be expended from the Transit Improvement Bond Fund.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Manahan*, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 8.
NOES: Kobayashi – 1.
