SECTION 8 PROJECT-BASED VOUCHER (PBV) PROGRAM
FINAL PROPOSAL SELECTIONS
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD), Existing Housing Division (EHD), is a Public Housing Agency (PHA) for the purpose of administering the Federal Housing Choice Voucher program of which the Project Based Voucher (PBV) program is a part.
Pursuant to 24 CFR § 983 notice is hereby given that the final selection results of the Request for Proposal (RFP) previously publicized on July 12, 19, and 26, 2021 have been made.
The OHCD has selected the following five (5) projects to receive available funding to assist 105 units in the County of Hawai’i.

The OHCD will make available to the public and any interested party its rating and ranking sheets and documents for the basis of selection for one month after this notice at the Office of Housing and Community Development, Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. except holidays. The OHCD will not make available sensitive owner information that is privileged, such as financial statements and similar information about the owner. The PHA will make these documents available for review at the PHA during normal business hours. The cost for reproduction of allowable documents will be $.25 per page. The OHCD office locations are:
