NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the Department of Planning and Permitting of the City and County of Honolulu under Special Management Area Ordinance, Chapter 25, R.O.H., as amended, for the following applications at the date and time specified or soon thereafter.

TIME: 10:00 a.m.
PLACE: Waialua District Park, Waialua Meeting Room A, 67-180 Goodale Avenue, Waialua, Hawaii 96791

The application materials showing the general location and boundaries of the areas under consideration are available for review online at www.honolulu.gov/dpp (click Public Input and select the Project on the web map), or at the Fasi Municipal Building, 650 South King Street, Data Access & Imaging Branch, First Floor, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:45 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Attendance at the public hearing is not necessary to submit testimony. Written testimony may be emailed to dpp@honolulu.gov, faxed to (808) 768-6743, or mailed to 650 South King Street, 7th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. Written testimony must be received by the close of the public hearing on Tuesday, December 6, 2022. Testimony to the Department prior to the hearing will be considered in the evaluation of the request.
