Certificate of Need

The Agency has received the following certificate of need applications for administrative review: #22-12A from PSH Oahu LLC for the acquisition of the 82 bed Skilled Nursing Facility/Intermediate Care Facility services at 1808 South Beretania Street, Honolulu, HI, at a capital cost of $9,798,335.25; #22-13A from PSH KM LLC for the acquisition of the 30 bed Skilled Nursing Facility/Intermediate Care Facility services at 91-1360 Karayan Street, Ewa Beach, HI, at a capital cost of $23,892,321.09; #22-14A from PSH Pearl City LLC for the acquisition of the 122 bed Skilled Nursing Facility/Intermediate Care Facility services at 919 Lehua Avenue, Pearl City, HI, at a capital cost of $40,925,841.06. Pursuant to Section 323D-44.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, any interested person may request a public meeting on an application before the Agency renders its decision. Any request for a public meeting must be submitted in writing and directed to the Administrator, at the address provided below. Any such request must be received by the Agency within seven (7) days of the publication date of this notice by 4:30 p.m. HST.
