The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) is seeking construction services for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project’s Double Crossover Flangeway Modifications and Weld Repairs (DMWR) Construction Contract.
Sealed bids in response to this Request for Sealed Bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m. HST, September 10, 2021, at the HART Project Office, 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1700, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
