Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended on the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule I of Sec. 15-6.2(a) establishing traffic signals (City) by adding thereto the following item:

“Kamehameha Hwy.-Keole St.”

b. By amending Schedule II of Sec. 15-6.2(b) establishing traffic signals on Federal-aid Highway (State) by adding thereto the following item:

“Aawa Dr.-Ft. Weaver Rd.”

c. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following items:

“Keahumoa Pkwy., for its entire length.”

“Kumuao St., for its entire length.”

“Mokulama St., for its entire length.”

“Pokaiikena Wy., for its entire length.”

d. By amending Schedule XI of Sec. 15-8.3(b) establishing no turns by adding thereto the following items:

“Aawa Dr. No ‘U’ turn from Aawa Dr. at Makaaloa St. (west intersection) in both directions.”

“Aawa Dr. No ‘U’ turn from Aawa Dr. at Makaaloa St. (east intersection) in both directions.”

“Aawa Dr. No ‘U’ turn from Aawa Dr. at Anaunau St. in both directions.”

“Aawa Dr. No ‘U’ turn from Aawa Dr. at Hamana St. in both directions.”

e. By amending Schedule XII of Sec. 15-10.1(b) establishing one-way streets by adding the following item:

“Kaiolena Dr., makai direction, from Aalapapa Dr. to Mokulua Dr.”

f. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections in the following particulars:

“Ilima St-Kilani Ave. Traffic on Ilima St. shall stop before entering Kilani Ave.”

“Ilimalia Lp.-Mokapu Blvd. Traffic on Ilimalia Lp. shall stop before entering Mokapu Blvd.”

“Makaaloa St (west intersection)-Aawa Dr. Traffic on Makaaloa St. shall stop before entering Aawa Dr.”

“Makaaloa St (east intersection)-Aawa Dr. Traffic on Makaaloa St. shall stop before entering Aawa Dr.”

g. By amending Schedule XVI of Sec. 15-13.4(a) establishing reserved parking stalls by adding thereto the following item:

“Kaimuki Ave., makai side, distance 36′ ewa direction from a point 361′ ewa of the ewa/makai curb prolongation of Kapahulu Ave., for authorized Honolulu Police vehicles only.”

h. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Aawa Dr., northern side, for its entire length including its turnaround area.”

“Aawa Dr., southern side, from Ft. Weaver Rd. to a point 55′ east of the eastern curb prolongation of Makaaloa St. (west intersection).”

“Aawa Dr., southern side, from a point 75′ west of the western curb prolongation of Makaaloa St. (east intersection) to a point 50′ east of the eastern curb prolongation of Anaunau St.”

“Aawa Dr., southern side, from a point 60′ west of the western curb prolongation of Hamana St. to a point 50′ east of the eastern curb prolongation of Hamana St.”

“Alula Pl., northern side, for its entire length, Tuesday and Friday, until refuse is picked up.”

“Apele St., western side, between Alula Pl. and Apele Pl., Tuesday and Friday, until refuse is picked up.”

“Booth Rd., Koko Head side, distance 73′ mauka direction, from the mauka property line of 2551 Booth Rd., Tuesday and Friday, until refuse is collected.”

“Hakeakea St., within its southern turnaround area.”

“Kaiolena Dr., Waimanalo side, from Aalapapa Dr. to Mokulua Dr.”

“Keahumoa Pkwy, both sides for its entire length (City jurisdiction).”

“Kolokio St., southern side, distance 50′ easterly direction from the eastern curbprolongation of Keole St.”

“Kumuao St., within its turnaround area.”

“Liliha St., ewa side, 22′ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Mapu Ln.”

“Lunalilo Home Rd., even-numbered side, from a point 13′ mauka of the makai property line of 1236 Lunalilo Home Rd. to the makai property line of 1286 Lunalilo Home Rd.”

“Mokulua Dr., mauka side, distance 185′ easterly direction from the eastern curb prolongation of Kaneapu Pl.”

“Ohai Pl., western side, within its northern and southern turnaround areas.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Glen Ave., northern side, distance 270′ westerly direction from a point 745′ east of the eastern curb prolongation of Crest Ave.; to read:

“Glen Ave., northern side, distance 424′ westerly direction from a point 908′ east of the eastern curb prolongation of Crest Ave.”

Glen Ave., southern side, distance 225′ easterly direction from a point 520′ east of the eastern curb prolongation of Crest Ave.; to read:

“Kaiolena Dr., Kahuku side, between Aalapapa Dr. and Mokulua Dr., 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.”

Kilani Ave., southern side, distance 100′ westerly direction from a point 190′ west of the western curb prolongation of Kellog St.; to read:

“Kilani Ave., southern side, distance 123′ westerly direction from a point 190′ west of the western curb prolongation of Kellog St.”

Mahani Lp., makai side, distance 160′ Koko Head direction from Koko Head curb prolongation Kalihi St. to driveway 1755 Mahani Lp.; to read:

“Oneawa St., makai side, distance 120′ Kahuku direction from the Kahuku curb prolongation of Uluniu St."

i. By amending Schedule XXVI of Sec. 15-16.1 establishing time limit parking by amending thereto the following item:

Oneawa St., both sides, between Kuulei Rd. and Wailepo St.; to read:

“Oneawa St., both sides, between Kihapai St. and Wailepo St., except for portions covered under Schedule 22, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., except Sundays and State Holidays.

j. By amending Schedule XXXVIII of Sec. 15-24.17 establishing miscellaneous traffic controls by adding thereto the following item:

“Aawa Dr., west bound traffic in the northern most lane must turn right at Ft. Weaver Rd.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
