The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), State of Hawai`i, pursuant to Chapter 183C, Hawai’i Revised Statutes, will hold a public hearing in Honolulu County to receive testimony on the following:
Conservation District Use Application (CDUA) OA-3809 for the proposed Shangri La Breakwater Safety Initiative and Shoreline Stabilization Project at Kahala, Honolulu, O`ahu, TMK (1) 3-1-041:005.
