NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the Department of Planning and Permitting of the City and County of Honolulu under Special Management Area (SMA) Ordinance, Revised Ordinances of Honolulu (ROH) Chapter 25, for the following application at the date and time specified or soon thereafter.

Written testimony should be received by the close of the public hearing on Friday, October 23, 2026. Testimony to the Department prior to the hearing will be considered in the evaluation of the request.
