WHEREAS, pursuant to §11-103, Hawaii Revised Statutes, notice is given that the initial mailing of ballot packages to registered voters in the City and County of Honolulu will commence on July 17, 2026 and additional mailings will continue thereafter until August 1, 2026 as necessary; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to §11-109, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Clerk of the County may designate and provide for Places of Deposit as an option for submitting a return envelope containing a voted ballot; and

WHEREAS, the Office of the City Clerk desires to designate additional Places of Deposit on the island of Oahu for the 2026 Primary Election and the 2026 General Election;

NOW, THEREFORE, with other provisions of the Proclamation of May 13, 2026 as amended, remaining in full force and effect,

1. The following additional Places of Deposit are designated within the City and County of Honolulu for the 2026 Primary Election and 2026 General Election; and

2. The following Place of Deposit previously identified in the Proclamation of May 13, 2026, is withdrawn and shall not be utilized for the 2026 Primary Election and 2026 General Election:
