Allows the applicant to subdivide the property into five lots. Bill 138: Amends Chapter 15, Article 2, Division 1, Section 15-20, of the Hawai’i County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended), Relating to Commercial Activity in County Park Areas. Prohibits the issuance of permits, licenses, or other authorizations for commercial activity within Kohanaiki Beach Park. Bill 139: Amends Ordinance No. 25-45, as Amended, the Operating Budget of the County of Hawai’i for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2026. Appropriates revenues in the Federal Grants – Benefits Enrollment Center – National Council on Aging account ($150,000); and appropriates the same to the Benefits Enrollment Center – National Council on Aging account. Bill 140: Amends Ordinance No. 25-45, as Amended, the Operating Budget of the County of Hawai’i for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2026. Appropriates revenues in the following accounts: Housing Choice Voucher – Dolphin Bay ($23,912), Dolphin Bay Rental Income ($50,000), Department Charges ($176,610), and Sundry Revenues Current – Dolphin Bay ($8); and appropriates the same to the Housing Dolphin Bay accounts: Other Current Expenses ($243,986) and Equipment ($6,700). Appropriates revenues in the following accounts: Hale Kikaha Rental Income ($36,000), Department Charges ($110,000), and Sundry Revenues Current – Hale Kikaha ($18); and appropriates the same to the Housing Hale Kikaha accounts: Other Current Expenses ($139,298) and Equipment ($6,720). Bill 142: Amends Chapter 14 of the Hawai’i County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended), by Adding a New Article Relating to the Establishment of an Adopt-A-County-Street Program. Establishes an Adopt-A-County-Street program in partnership with the Department of Public Works to enable volunteers to assist in maintaining clean and safe County streets, roadways, and right-of-ways.
