NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS The second installment of the City and County of Honolulu real property taxes for the 2025 – 2026 tax year is due on February 20, 2026. Tax bills have been mailed to all property owners or the respective agents servicing their accounts. Payment Methods: For your convenience, the Division of Treasury at 530 South King Street, Room 115, accepts credit/debit cards (MasterCard and VISA only), cash, or check. The office is open Monday through Friday, 7:50 am to 4:15 pm. A convenience fee is applied to credit/debit card transactions. You may pay online at http://www.rphnlpay.com, or by telephone 1-808- 825-68 I9 using a credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, JCB), or electronic check. A convenience fee is applied by the service provider, Tyler Hawaii, a Tyler Technologies Company, and will be included at the time of payment completion. You may also pay with a credit/debit card (MasterCard, VISA, Discover), cash, or check at all Satellite City Hall locations except Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam; you may pay up to five real property tax parcels on one check. Please refer to the Satellite City Hall website for hours of operation and current payment acceptance policies, honolulu.gov/csd/satellite-city- hall/. If you are paying by check, please be sure the account holder’s name and bank account number are imprinted. Otherwise, your check will be returned, and a late penalty and interest may be assessed. Please write the Tax Map Key Number on the check. If your check is dishonored, you will be charged a Returned Item Fee of $25.00. If using your financial institution’s Bill Pay service, please allow extra time for processing. These payments are mailed without a USPS postmark, tracking, or proof of the actual mailing date, and we cannot guarantee on- time arrival as we have no control over USPS delivery. The USPS has clarified that a postmark now reflects when mail is processed by a USPS machine, which may not be the same day it was dropped off at or collected by USPS. What Do I Do Next? If you are a property owner who pays your real property taxes directly and you have not received your real property tax bills, you should immediately check for any taxes due: To ensure your payment(s) are considered timely, we recommend the following options: Property owners are reminded that failure to pay your real property taxes by the due date because of NON-RECEIPT of a tax bill will not excuse you from being assessed a penalty of up to I 0% plus interest of 12% a year.
