Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following items:

“Hooli Cir., for its entire length.”

“Koko Head Ave., for its entire length.”

“Ualehei St., for its entire length.”

b. By amending Schedule VII of Sec. 15-7.2(d) establishing speed limit–35 mph by amending thereto the following item:

Kamehameha Hwy., from Kionaole Rd. (formerly Old Pali Rd.) to a point 300′ Waimanalo of Kahiko St. and from a point 200′ Waimanalo of Likelike Hwy. to Waikalua Rd.; to read:

“Kamehameha Hwy., from Kionaole Rd. (formerly Old Pali Rd.) to a point 300′ Waimanalo of Kahiko St.”

c. By amending Schedule XIII of Sec. 15-11.2(c) establishing yield right-of-way by adding thereto the following items:

“Kalauipo St-Kuahaka St. Traffic on Kalauipo St. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic in the roundabout.”

“Kalauipo St-Kuahaka St. Traffic on Kuahaka St. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic in the roundabout.”

d. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Halakahiki Pl-California Ave. Traffic on Halakahiki Pl. shall stop before entering California Ave.”

“Hokuikekai St-Kaileolea Dr. Traffic on Hokuikekai St. shall stop before entering Kaileolea Dr.”

“Ikeloa St-Anonui St. Traffic on Ikeloa St. shall stop before entering Anonui St.”

“Kalama St-Oneawa St. Traffic on Kalama St. shall stop before entering Oneawa St.”

“Koko Head Ave-Sierra Dr. Traffic on Koko Head Ave. shall stop before entering Sierra Dr.”

“Kupee St-Kaileolea Dr. Traffic on Kupee St. shall stop before entering Kaileolea Dr.”

“Leia St-Anonui St. Traffic on Leia St. shall stop before entering Anonui St.”

“Manuku St-Lahaina St. Traffic on Manuku St. shall stop before entering Lahaina St.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following item:

e. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Ilihau St., northern side, distance 470′ westerly direction from the western curb prolongation of Aikahi Lp., 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 to 2:30 p.m., school days only.”

“Ilihau St., northern side, distance 135′ easterly direction from the eastern curb prolongation of Kaneohe Bay Dr.”

“Ilihau St., southern side, distance 65′ easterly direction from the eastern curb prolongation of Kaneohe Bay Dr.”

f. By amending Schedule XXIV of Sec. 15-15.1(d) establishing curb loading zones in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto subsection (b) freight loading zones the following item:

“Koko Head Ave., Koko Head side, distance 54′ mauka direction from a point 152′ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Waialae Ave., 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday except Sundays and State holidays.”

2. By amending thereto subsection (a) passenger loading zones the following item:

Koko Head Ave., Ewa side, distance 42′ mauka direction from a point 152′ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Waialae Ave., (fronting side entrance of Kaimuki Goodwill), 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily; to read:

“Koko Head Ave., Ewa side, distance 45′ mauka direction from a point 125′ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Waialae Ave., 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily.”

g. By amending Schedule XXVI of Sec. 15-16.1 establishing time limit parking by adding thereto the following items:

“Koko Head Ave., (1 hr.) Ewa side, from Waialae Ave. to a point 243′ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Waialae Ave., 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday except Sundays and State holidays.”

“Koko Head Ave., (1 hr.) Koko Head side, from Waialae Ave. to a point 152′ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Waialae Ave., 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday except Sundays and State holidays.”

h. By amending Schedule XXX of Sec. 15-22.1(a) establishing parking meter zones by adding thereto the following items:

“Koko Head Ave., Ewa side, from Waialae Ave. to a point 243′ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Waialae Ave.”

“Koko Head Ave., Koko Head side, from Waialae Ave. to a point 152′ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Waialae Ave.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
