PART II, GENERAL EXCISE TAX FUND, AND APPENDIX C, DEPARTMENT OF
WATER SUPPLY, MAKAWAO-PUKALANI-KULA COMMUNITY PLAN AREA,
INCREASING THE APPROPRIATION FOR UPPER KULA TRANSMISSION
IMPROVEMENTS BY $350,000
