The State of Hawai’i Department of Land and Natural Resources, pursuant to Section 171-95.3, Hawai’i Revised Statutes, will hold public hearings to receive testimony on EE EWA LLC’s application to direct lease State lands for the construction and operation of a solar photovoltaic and battery energy storage facility on the island of O’ahu. The appointed Hearing Officer will be Luke J. Sarvis, Special Assistant, Office of the Chairperson.
