YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that THE HAWAIIAN HOMES COMMISSION has scheduled a Contested Case Hearing pursuant to Chapter 91, HRS, regarding Residential Lease No. 2219, Lot No. 85, situate at Kewalo, O’ahu, Hawaii, in violation of § 208 and
§ 210 of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Hawaiian Homes Commission at the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, Hale Pono’i, 91-5420 Kapolei Parkway, Kapolei, Oahu, Hawai’i, on Tuesday, July 28 at 12:45 p.m., of said day. If you fail to appear, judgment by default may be taken based on the existing record, which could adversely affect any interest you may claim.
You may retain counsel to represent you or appear on your behalf or obtain representation pursuant to
§91-9, HRS and §10-5-4, HAR
