NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Hawaii Administrative Rules section 16-133-30, notice is hereby given that the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (“DCCA”) will hold a public hearing in person and virtually on the Application for Renewal of the Cable Television Franchise for Oahu (“Application”), submitted by Hawaiian Telcom Services Company, Inc. (“HTSC”).

The purpose of this public hearing is to afford interested persons the opportunity to submit oral or written comments on HTSC’s Application. Comments on unrelated matters should not be submitted at this forum. The Application and other related documents can be viewed at

All interested persons shall be afforded the opportunity to submit their oral or written comments at the time of the hearing. Whether presented orally or not, interested persons are encouraged to put their comments in writing and submit them to CATV via the following:
