PUBLIC NOTICE
INTENTION TO DISPOSE

Pursuant to Sections 171-16(d) and 171-53(b), Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Board of Land and Natural Resources hereby gives notice of its intent to dispose of portions of reclaimed lands located at Pupukea, Koolauloa, Oahu, directly to the abutting private owners without recourse to public auction. The disposition will be in the form of a 25-year, non-exclusive easement for seawall, steps, and landscaping purposes.
