NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF ABANDONED PROPERTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 171.31.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation, will dispose of abandoned property including 1) half built custom designed single hull catamaran with port bow and forward crossbeam severed from vessel, no plans or specifications available, 2) Komatsu forklift-not operational nor roadworthy, 3) 2008 Chevy Silverado Truck-poor condition, not operational, poor tires with fair paint with some rust and does not have key, 4) trailers-one 5 ton double axel, fair condition with rust, and one 3.5 ton single axel, fair condition with rust, 5) Quonset Hut frames only, abandoned by Trouble Free Corp. at the premises located at Pier 1, Kalaeloa Barbers Point Harbor.
