The COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU at its meeting held on February 18, 2026 passed the following bills on Second Reading by the votes indicated:
Bill 1 (2026), CD1 – Relating to the establishment of fees and charges for services of the Department of the Medical Examiner.
