PUBLIC NOTICE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)

On November 14, 2025 the City and County of Honolulu (City) published a Public Notice in the Honolulu Star-Advertiser regarding the City’s Consolidated Plan and a list of projects for the Thirty-First (31st) Year Action Plan for Fiscal Year 2026
(July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026). The City is issuing a revision to the Public Notice to identify Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement (CNHA) as the designated provider for a CDBG acquisition located within the Wai’anae Sustainable Communities Plan (SCP).

FISCAL YEAR 2026 – 31st Year Action Plan

NEW AWARD OF $3,315,000.00
Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement – Wai’anae (SCP)
Project Description: Acquisition of five (5) units (single family homes), each with three (3) bedroom / two (2) bath layout, located in a cul-de-sac in Wai’anae. This property will provide housing for twenty (20) persons or five (5) households earning at or below eighty percent (80%) of the Area Median Income (AMI).
Funding Source: CDBG Funds
Proposed Amount: $3,315,000.00
Locations: Suppressed
