Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule II of Sec. 15-6.2(b) establishing traffic signals on Federal-aid Highway (State) by adding thereto the following item:

“Ka Uka Blvd.- Moaniani St.”

b. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Kalaheo Ave., (north and south), between Mokapu Blvd. and Kailua Rd., except for the portions covered under Schedule XL.”

“Mahinahou St., for its entire length.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Ala Wai Blvd., from Kalakaua Ave., to its dead end at Ala Moana.; to read:

“Ala Wai Blvd., for its entire length, except for the portion covered under Schedule XL.”

Date St., from Kapi’olani Blvd. to Olokele Ave., when children are present.; to read:

“Date St., for its entire length, except for the portion covered under Schedule XL.”

3. By deleting therefrom the following items:

“N. Kalaheo Ave., between Makua and Ulupa sts., when children are present.”

“Pelekane Dr., for its entire length.”

c. By amending Schedule VI of Sec. 15-7.2(c) establishing speed limit–30 mph by deleting therefrom the following item:

“Kalaheo Ave., between Mokapu Blvd. and Kailua Rd.”

d. By amending Schedule VII of Sec. 15-7.2(d) establishing speed limit–35 mph by deleting therefrom the following items:

“Ala Wai Blvd., from Kalakaua Ave. to Kapahulu Ave.”

“Date St., from Kapi’olani Blvd. to Kapahulu Ave., except for portion specified in Schedule V.”

e. By amending Schedule XI of Sec. 15-8.3(b) establishing no turns by adding thereto the following item:

“Ha’iku Road, No “U” turn from Ha’iku Road at 46-129 Ha’iku Road in both directions.”

f. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Kapalama Ave. shall stop before entering Hala Dr.”

“Papa’iloa Rd. shall stop before entering Kamehameha Hwy.”

“Peke Pl. shall stop before entering Peke Ln.”

“Waiehu Pl. shall stop before entering Waimakua Dr.”

“Waimakua Pl. shall stop before entering Waimakua Dr.”

“Waimoku Pl. shall stop before entering Waimakua Dr.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Ka Uka Blvd. shall stop before entering Moaniani St.”

g. By amending Schedule XVI of Sec. 15-13.4(a) establishing reserved parking stalls by amending thereto the following items:

Alder St., ‘Ewa side, between Elm and Rycroft Sts., for authorized Road Test vehicles only, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except Sundays and State holidays.; To read:

“Alder St., ‘Ewa side, between Elm and Rycroft Sts., for authorized Park Staff only, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, except State holidays.”

Pi’ikoi St., Koko Head side, between Elm and Rycroft Sts., for authorized Road vehicles only, 7:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. except Sundays and State holidays.; to read:

“Pi’ikoi St., Koko Head side, between Elm and Rycroft Sts., for authorized City Permit Office parking only, 7:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. except State holidays.”

Rycroft St., mauka side, between Alder and Pi’ikoi Sts., for authorized Road vehicles only, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except Sundays and State holidays.; to read:

“Rycroft St., mauka side, between Alder and Pi’ikoi Sts., for authorized City Permit Office only, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except State holidays.”

By amending Schedule XVIII of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(5) establishing tow zones–PM peak by amending thereto the following item:

Nu’uanu Ave., Koko Head side, from a point 100′ mauka of mauka curb prolongation of Beretania St., to H-1 Freeway.; to read:

“Nu’uanu Ave., Koko Head side, from a point 100′ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Beretania St., to Vineyard Blvd.”

h. By amending Schedule XXI of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(7) establishing tow zone–other than peak traffic peak hours by adding thereto the following item:

“Alder St., ‘Ewa side, between Elm St. and Rycroft St.”

j. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

” ‘Auwina St., within its turnaround area.”

“Ha’iku Rd., Kahuku side, distance 147′ mauka direction from a point 286′ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Ohala St.”

“Ha’iku Rd., Makapu’u side, distance 111′ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Kamehameha Hwy.”

“Leiloke Dr., mauka intersection, mauka side, distance 80′ ‘Ewa direction from the ‘Ewa curb prolongation of Keeamoku St.”

“Makanui Pl., even-numbered side, distance 182′ ‘Ewa direction, from a point 25’ ‘Ewa of the Koko Head property line of 3514 to the mauka curb prolongation of 10th Ave.”

“Makanui Pl., odd-numbered side, for its entire length, including its turnaround area.”

“Moloalo St., northern side, distance 94′ westerly direction from the western curb prolongation of Mokuola St.”

“Numana Rd., northeast side, from a point 58′ in the northern direction from the northeast curb prolongation of Kalihi St.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Alder St., ‘Ewa side, distance 95’ mauka direction from mauka curb prolongation of Rycroft St.; to read:

“Alder St., ‘Ewa side, distance 50’ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Rycroft St.”

‘Aumakua St., makai side, distance of approxmately 105’ Koko Head direction from the makai curb prolongation of Komo Mai Dr.; to read:

” ‘Aumakua St., makai side, distance of approxmately 86’ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Komo Mai Dr.”

3. By deleting therefrom the following items:

“Manu Aloha St., Makapu’u (eastern) side, distance 55′ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of ‘Ulukahiki St.”

“Moloalo St., within its turnaround area.”

k. By amending Schedule XXIV of Sec. 15-15.1(d) establishing curb loading zones by adding thereto the following item:

“Psgr. Hale La’a Blvd., northern side, between Kulanui St. and ‘Iosepa St., 7:30 am to 8:30 am and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, school days.”

l. By amending Schedule XXV of Sec. 15-15.3(d) establishing official bus stops by amending thereto in the following particulars:

1. By amending thereto the following item:

‘Aumakua Dr., mauka side, distance 150′ Koko Head direction from a point 8’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Komo Mai Dr.; to read:

” ‘Aumakua Dr., mauka side, distance approximately 170′ Koko Head direction from a point 23’ ‘Ewa of the ‘Ewa curb prolongation of ‘A’amanu Dr.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following items:

“Waipahu St., makai side, distance 150′ ‘Ewa direction from a point 46’ ‘Ewa of the ‘Ewa curb prolongation of Makaaloha St.”

“Waipahu St., mauka side, distance 123′ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Makaaloha St.”

m. By amending Schedule XXXIV of Sec. 15-8.3(c) establishing bicycle lanes by adding thereto the following items:

“Ainamakua Dr., both sides, between Mehe’ula Pkwy. and a point approximatley 780′ mauka from the mauka curb prolongation of Kualapa St.”

“Hale La’a Blvd., both sides, between Kamehameha Hwy. and Naniloa Lp.”

n. By amending Schedule XXXVIII of Sec. 15-24.17 establishing miscellaneous traffic controls in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Moaniani St., southbound traffic in the western most lane must turn right into the northern driveway of Costco.”

“Papa’iloa Rd., 3 anti-speed humps from the northern curb prolongation of Kamehameha Hwy. along the centerline in the westerly direction:

No. 1 427′
No. 2 920′
No. 3 1428′.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Maliona St., bridge, between Farrington Hwy. and Kulaaupuni St., shall have a weight limit of 19 tons and emergency vehicle weight limits as: Single Axle 12 tons, Tandem 12 tons, Gross 17 tons.”

o. By amending Schedule XL of Sec. 15-7.2(j)(1) establishing speed limit — 20 mph by adding thereto the following items:

“Ala Wai Blvd., from Kapahulu Ave. to Ainakea Wy. from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., school days only.”

“Date St., from Kapi’olani Blvd. to Olokele Ave. from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., school days only.”

“Kalaheo Ave., (north and south) between Mo’okua St. and Ka’apuni Dr., the speed limit shall be 20 mph from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., school days only.”

“Pelekane Dr., for its entire length.”

“Third St., for its entire length, the speed limit shall be 20 mph.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
