Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule I of Sec. 15-6.2(a) establishing traffic signals (City) by deleting therefrom the following item:

“Ka’ahumanu St.-Kamehameha Hwy.”

b. By amending Schedule IV of Sec. 15-7.2(a)(2) establishing speed limit–15 mph by amending thereto the following item:

Awaiki St., for its entire length.; to read:

“Awaiki St., from Awamoku to Awala’i sts.”

c. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following items:

” Awaiki St., from Awala’i St. to its terminus.”

“Haa’a St., for its entire length.”

“Hoa’inau St., for its entire length.”

d. By amending Schedule XIII of Sec. 15-11.2(c) establishing yield right-of-way by adding thereto the following item:

“Moanalua Rd. – Ka’ahumanu St., Traffic eastbound on Moanalua Rd. making a right turn from the channelized lane onto Ka’ahumanu St. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic on Ka’ahumanu St.”

e. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“California Ave. shall stop before entering California Ave.”

“Diamond Head Rd. shall stop before entering Makalei Pl.”

“Emerson Rd. shall stop before entering Kamehameha Hwy.”

“Hoa’inau St. shall stop before entering Awaiki St.”

“Kalaeloa Blvd. shall stop before entering Ola’i St.”

“Keaniani St. shall stop before entering Oneawa St.”

“Laupapa Pl. shall stop before entering Laupapa St.”

“Lawalu Pl. shall stop before entering Laupapa St.”

“Liuliu Pl. shall stop before entering Laupapa St.”

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Awaiki St., eastern side, distance 164′ northernly direction from the northern curb prolongation of Hoa’inau St.”

“Awaiki St., eastern side, distance 131′ southernly direction from the southern curb prolongation of Hoa’inau St.”

“Awaiki St., western side, distance 148′ northernly direction from the northern curb prolongation of Awanui St.”

“Awaiki St., within its turnaround area.”

“California Ave., northern side, between Ho’omaha St. and Uluwehi St.”

“Hoa’inau St., within its turnaround area.”

“Iho PL., northern side from a point 532′ southwest of the southern curb prolongation of Palula Way, for a distance of 78′ in the southwesterly direction.”

“Ma’alaea Rd., makai side, for its entire length, Tuesdays and Fridays, until refuse is picked up.”

“Ma’alaea Rd., makai side, distance 57′ ‘Ewa direction from the makai curb prolongation of Naio St.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

California Ave., southern side, from a point 93′ west of the western curb prolongation of Puninoni St. and including its turnaround area; to read:

“California Ave., southern side, from a point 102′ west of the western curb prolongation of Puninoni St. to and including its turnaround area.”

California Ave., Waialua side (north), commencing from the Kaneohe (east) end of the turnaround area for a distance of 105′ in the Wai’anae direction; to read:

“California Ave., northern side, from Puninoni St. to a point 60′ west of the western curb prolongation of Puninoni St.”

Kui Pl., mauka side, for its entire length and including its turnaround area; to read:

“Kui Pl., makai side, for its entire length and including its turnaround area.”

Lanikuhana Ave., southern side, from a point 218′ east of the eastern curb prolongation of Ke’alohi St. to a point 200′ west of the western curb prolongation of Makohilani St (western intx.) except Saturdays, Sundays and State holidays; to read:

“Lanikuhana Ave., southern side, from a point 218′ east of the eastern curb prolongation of Ke’alohi St. to a point 200′ west of the western curb prolongation of Makohilani St (western intx.) except Mondays to Fridays 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Saturdays, Sundays and State holidays.”

g. By amending Schedule XXV of Sec. 15-15.3(d) establishing official bus stops in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following item:

“Kawa St., mauka side, distance 239′ Makapu’u direction from a point 147′ Makapu’u of the Makapu’u curb prolongation of Mehana St.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Hui ‘Iwa St., Kane’ohe (western) side, distance 150′ mauka (southerly) direction from a point 65’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Hui ‘Akikiki Pl.; to read:

“Hui ‘Iwa St., western side, distance 90′ mauka (southerly) direction from a point 115’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Hui ‘Akikiki Pl.”

Kawa St., makai side, distance 150′ Makapu’u direction from a point 107′ Makapu’u of the Makapu’u curb prolongation of Mehana St.; to read:

“Kawa St., makai side, distance 317′ Makapu’u direction from a point 107′ Makapu’u of the Makapu’u curb prolongation of Mehana St.”

h. By amending Schedule XXVII of Sec. 15-17.1 establishing marked crosswalk (mid-block) by deleting therefrom the following item:
“California Ave., mauka side of U’uku St.”

i. By amending Schedule XXXIV of Sec. 15-8.3(c) establishing bicycle lanes by amending thereto the following item:

Mokulua Dr., two-way makai side, from Aalapapa Dr. to Aalapapa Dr.; to read:

“Mokulua Dr., makai side, from Aalapapa Dr. to Aalapapa Dr.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
