Ordinance 25-60 (Bill 58): An Ordinance amending the Parks and Recreational Facility Schedule, Chapter 15, Article 8, Section 15-68.1, of the Hawai’i County Code 1983 (2016 edition, as amended), by renaming Kaumana Lani Park as “Yet Sung Chang Park” in honor of Yet Sung Chang. AYES: Council Members Galimba, Hustace, Kagiwada, Kierkiewicz, Kimball, Onishi, and Villegas – 7. NOES: None ABSENT: Councilmember Kaneali’i-Kleinfelder and Chair Inaba – 2. EXCUSED: None
