TRAFFIC IMPACT NOTICE
AFFECTED AREA: HONOKA’A-WAIPI’O ROAD BETWEEN THE SEVEN- AND
EIGHT-MILE MARKERS; HONOKA’A, HAMAKUA, HAWAI’I
The Department of Water Supply (DWS), County of Hawai’i, will be working on Honoka’a-Waipi’o Road between the seven- and eight-mile markers from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday, July 24, 2025, to install a new water service.
During this work, one alternating lane with traffic control will remain open. Motorists should expect delays and plan accordingly.
