YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT the State of Hawaii, Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Plaintiff, has filed a Complaint for Injunctive and Other Relief against you in Civil No. 1CCV-25-0000820, in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, wherein Plaintiff prays for judgment against you by way of an injunction, assessment of civil fines, costs and attorney’s fees, and such other and further relief as the above-entitled Court may deem just and proper.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable John M. Tonaki, Judge of the above-entitled Court, at Ka’ahumanu Hale,
777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, on 9/2, 2025, at Courtroom 17, on the 4th floor at
9 o’clock a.m., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Malia L. Eversole, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 235 South Beretania Street, Ninth Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
