NOTICE
The COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU at its meeting held on July 9, 2025 passed the following bill on Second Reading by the votes indicated:
Bill 37 (2025), CD1 – To amend portions (7.292 acres) of the State Land Use District Boundary Map (Hale’iwa Quadrangle) from the Agricultural District to the Urban District for certain lands situated in the Hale’iwa Special District, Hale’iwa, Oahu, Hawai’i.
8 AYES: Cordero, Dos Santos-Tam*, Kia’aina, Nishimoto, Okimoto*, Tulba*, Tupola, Waters.
1 NO: Weyer.
