The awarded lessee is to provide housing and services for special needs groups. Offeror’s minimum qualifications include being a private nonprofit organization registered in the state of Hawai’i, experience in operating housing and supportive services for persons with special needs, and property management experience (if applicable). Evaluation criteria includes the ability to meet priorities established in the solicitation, economic feasibility of the proposal, anticipated accomplishments, project readiness, and experience and financial capabilities.
