Pursuant to the Revised Charter of the City & County of Honolulu 1973 (2017 Edition), Section 6 1803, the Director of the Department of Land Management is to conduct a public hearing to determine whether a transaction or activity relating to City real property serves the public interest. Notice is hereby provided for the following proposed transaction and activity affecting City property:

Property: Portions of West Loch Golf Course, Parcel 1-A, 29,631 square feet, and Parcel 2-A, 44,812 square feet, Tax Map Key (TMK): (1) 9-1-181- 022, Honouliuli, Ewa, Oahu, Hawai’i

Proposed Transaction: Disposition and sale of Parcels 1-A and 2-A to the
abutting owners.

Hearing Information: Wednesday, May 28, 2025
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
