COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM

Pursuant to the City and County of Honolulu’s (City) Citizen Participation Plan, the proposed reprogramming of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds is provided for your information. The City desires to reprogram CDBG funds from current and prior year projects and appropriate CDBG funds to a project that can utilize the funds immediately, in order to achieve CDBG program goals more efficiently and expediently. The proposed revisions to the following projects are provided for your information and use.

REDUCTION OF $264,631.59
Department of Budget and Fiscal Services – Program Administration and Fiscal Support
Project Description: Provision of grant funds for administration of HUD-funded programs.
