Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule I of Sec. 15-6.2(a) establishing traffic signals (City) by adding thereto the following item:

” ‘Aluka Lp./’Aumakua St., – Komo Mai Dr.”

b. By amending Schedule II of Sec. 15-6.2(b) establishing traffic signals on Federal-aid Highway (State) by adding thereto the following item:

“Kamehameha Hwy. – Pu’uluana St.”

c. By amending Schedule IV of Sec. 15-7.2(a)(2) establishing speed limit–15 mph in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following item:

“Henry St. from Laimi Rd. to Pu’iwa Rd.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Wai’oma’o Rd., from a point 210′ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Pu’unoa Pl. to its terminus.”

d. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Auloa Rd., for its entire length.”

” ‘Auwina St., between Wana’ao Rd. and Ka Awakea Rd.”

“Kahakea St., for its entire length.”

“Kapolei Kai St., for its entire length.”

2. By amending thereto the following item:

Henry St., for its entire length.; to read:

“Henry St., between Laimi Rd. to its southern terminis.”

e. By amending Schedule XIII of Sec. 15-11.2(c) establishing yield right of way by adding thereto the following items:

“KALAELOA BLVD – Komohana St. Traffic westbound on Kalaeloa Blvd. making a right turn from the channelized lane into Komohana St. shall yield right-of-way to traffic on Komohana St.”

“KOMOHANA ST – Kalaeloa Blvd. Traffic southbound on Komohana St. making a right turn from the channelized lane into Kalaeloa Blvd. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic on Kalaeloa Blvd.”

f. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Alai Pl. shall stop before entering Leilehua Rd.”

“Ala Kahawai St. shall stop before entering Manawai St.”

“Kapolei Kai St. shall stop before entering Komohana St.”

“Kapolei Kai St. shall stop before entering Lauwiliwili St.”

“Leilehua Rd. (eastern leg) shall stop before entering Leilehua Rd.”

“Leimomi Pl. shall stop before entering Leilehua Rd.”

“McArthur St. shall stop before entering Mill St.”

“Pokai’i’ikena Way shall stop before entering Poka’ikuahiwi Pl.”

“Saratoga Ave. shall stop before entering Hornet Ave.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Aluka Lp. shall stop before entering Komo Mai Dr.; to read:

“Aluka Lp. (northern intx.) shall stop before entering Komo Mai Dr.”

‘Aumakua St. shall stop before entering Komo Mai Dr.; to read:

h. By amending Schedule XXI of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(7) establishing tow zone–other than peak traffic peak hours by adding thereto the following item:

“Herman St., mauka side, for its entire length, Mondays and Thursdays, until refuse is picked up.”

i. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Ahikoe St., within its turnaround area.”

” ‘Anoiki St., both sides, from ‘Anonui St. to ?Anonui St.”

“Booth Rd., makai side, between Huanu St. and Koalele St.”

“Ho’ona St., eastern side, distance 50′ northerly direction from the northern curb prolongation of Ho’olaule’a St.”

“Kapolei Kai St., both sides, for its entire length.”

“Kolu Pl., western side, 16′ southerly direction from the southern curb prolongation of ‘Oliana St.”

“Komohana St., southwestern side, between Kalaeloa Blvd. and Kapolei Kai St.”

“Lauhulu St., eastern side, distance 50′ northernly direction from the northern curb prolongation of Ho?i?o St.”

“Pakolu Pl., Odd-numbered side, in the makai direction from a point 45′ mauka of the mauka driveway flare of 4103 Pakolu Pl. to and including its makai turnaround area.”

“Pawa’a Ln., ‘Ewa side, distance 100’ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Beretania St.”

“Pokai”ikena Way, within its turnaround area.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Aloha Dr., mauka side, distance 145′ ‘Ewa direction from the ‘Ewa curb prolongation of Seaside Ave.; to read:

“Aloha Dr., mauka side, distance 80′ ‘Ewa direction from a point 65’ from the ‘Ewa curb prolongation of Seaside Ave.”

Leleua Pl., mauka side, from the curb prolongation of Mokulele Dr. to the Waimanalo property line of 48-134 Leleua Pl.; to read:

“Leleua Pl., west side, from Mokulele Dr. to a point 35′ south of the southern curb prolongation of Leleua Lp. (northern intx.)”

Wai’oma’o Rd., kkhd side, between 10th Ave. and the mauka property line of 2481 Wai’oma’o Rd.

Wai’oma’o Rd., kkhd side, distance 103′ mauka direction from a point approximately 52′ ‘Ewa of the ‘Ewa curb prolongation of Halekipa Pl. mauka curb prolongation of Pahoa Ave.; to read:

“Wai’oma’o Rd., entire kkhd side between 10th Ave. and the terminus of Wai’oma’o Rd. (City Jurisdiction).”

3. By deleting therefrom the following items:

j. By amending Schedule XXIII of Sec. 15-14.5(b) establishing prohibited parking loading and unloading by adding thereto the following item:

“Aloha Dr., mauka side, distance 80′ ‘Ewa direction from a point 65’ from the ‘Ewa curb prolongation of Seaside Ave.”

k. By amending Schedule XXXIV of Sec. 15-8.3(c) establishing bicycle lanes by adding thereto the following items:

” ‘Anoiki St., both sides, between ‘Anonui St. and ‘Anonui St.”

“Hornet Ave., both sides, between Franklin D Roosevelt Ave. and Saratoga Ave.”

“Saratoga Ave., both sides, between Boxer St. and Nassau St.”

l. By amending Schedule XXXVII of Sec. 15-7.2(i) establishing speed limit–10 mph by adding thereto the following item:

“Wai’oma’o Rd., from a point 210′ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Pu’unoa Pl. to its terminus.”

m. By amending Schedule XXXVIII of Sec. 15-24.17 establishing miscellaneous traffic controls by adding thereto the following items:

“Komohana St., southbound traffic in the western most lane must turn right onto Kalaeloa Blvd.”

“Kapolei Kai St., southbound traffic in the western most lane must turn right onto Komohana St.”

“Kapolei Kai St., northbound traffic in the western most lane must turn left onto Lauwiliwili St.”

“Kapolei Kai St., northbound traffic in the eastern most lane must turn right onto Lauwiliwili St.”
