RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE REAL PROPERTY TAX RATES FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2025 TO JUNE 30, 2026 FOR THE COUNTY OF KAUA’I
Pursuant to Section 5A-6.3(b), Kaua’i County Code 1987, as amended, the Kaua’i County Council hereby advertises its intention to consider the following Real Property Tax Rates for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. These rates are from the Administration’s proposed Operating Budget Bill (Bill No. 2949):

Any person may testify at the public hearing, and at any Council and Committee Meeting (at which time any Bill or Resolution may be amended).
