Certificate of Need

The Agency has received the following certificate of need applications for administrative review: #24-14A from Keona Reentry Center LLC for the establishment of an 8 Bed Special Treatment Facility at 412 California Avenue, Wahiawa, HI, at a capital cost of $510,000; #24-16A from Kimura Home Health LLC for the acquisition of home health agency services at 1001 Dillingham Boulevard, Suite 317, Honolulu, HI, at no capital cost. Pursuant to Section 323D-44.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, any interested person may request a public meeting on an application before the Agency renders its decision. Any request for a public meeting must be submitted in writing and directed to the Administrator, at the address provided below. Any such request must be received by the Agency within seven (7) days of the publication date of this notice by 4:30 p.m. HST.
