Pursuant to the Revised Charter of the City & County of Honolulu 1973 (2017 Edition), Section 6 1803, the Director of the Department of Land Management is to conduct a public hearing to determine whether a transaction or activity relating to City real property serves the public interest. Notice is hereby provided for the following proposed transaction and activity affecting City property:
Property: A 50’x50′ area in Tax Map Key (TMK): (1) 9-1-126-014,
Honouliuli, Ewa Beach, Hawai’i
Proposed Transaction: Due to the expansion of the Honouliuli Wastewater Treatment Plant, the City and County of Honolulu, Department of Environmental Services (ENV) has requested that T-Mobile remove its existing telecommunications tower and facility from its location in TMK: (1) 9-1-069- 003 and relocate to a 50′ x 50′ area in TMK: (1) 9-1-126-014. The existing location of the tower and facility and the proposed relocation site are under the jurisdiction of ENV.

Time: 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
